You will be able to stream six movies in the vampire and supernatural genres including:
THE SANDMAN - The Sandman hearkens back to the demon possession films of the 1970s such as The Exorcist. It centers around a young woman who lives in a Catholic orphanage that believes she is demon possessed. Both her social worker and her caretaker nun debate on how to proceed with her care. There are winks to The Exorcist in that I named the main character "Regan" and the priest is the only believer of the bunch. As a side note, we did a redux of Roy Orbison's "In Dreams" for the end credits as he refers to a "Sandman"...If you are a fan of 1980s style horror, slow burn stuff with supernatural themes, this is for you. This short film stars Sandy Eells, Christina Johnson, Rafaella Biscayn, and Cliff Poche.
THE VAMPIRE WITHIN - More of a claustrophobic mood piece then anything else, The Vampire Within centers around a young woman who is terrorized by a different kind of vampire. The vampire in question is named "Sarah" and she cannot leave the home of Alice. But she will follow Alice wherever she goes, pestering her to find her 'food' so she can feed nightly. Alice, in turn, becomes a bit of a serial killer, seeking prey for her tormentor. But is "Sarah" just a figment of Alice's imagination or is she real? The Vampire Within stars Halie Islava, Christina Johnson, Kendall McCann and Cliff Poche.
CRIMSON - Shot back in 2007 on a DVX100 camera, Crimson was one of my first features and stars quite a few actresses who went on to some high profile projects. It involves a group of nursing students out for a stroll on a hot summer night when they stumble upon a beautiful young woman that has been severely beaten. Nursing her back to health, they realize this isn't an ordinary woman...she's a vampire that is on the run from a murderous cult of bloodsuckers. Now finding themselves standing between her and a group of thirsty female vampires, the nursing students are forced to use whatever is at their disposal to keep the undead at bay. Crimson stars Elizabeth DiPrinzio, Stuart Brazell, Erika Smith, Jade Tailor, Sarah MacKay, Jaimi Paige, and Leesel Boulware.
MONEY, VAMPIRES & WEED - Featuring our own soundtrack, this is a hipster horror show about three women prepping for a night of partying when they are carjacked by a woman claiming to be on the run from a vampire. The women can't help but try and humor her but when a fanged homeless man comes snooping around their window at night, they find out how legit her story really is. Money, Vampires and Weed stars Nikki Wells, Kate Hamilton, Mary Black, Christina Johnson and Cliff Poche.
HELLBENT - An homage to the Hellraiser movies of the 1980s, Hellbent takes a look at three prostitutes whose business isn't exactly booming. But one of them gets ahold of a mysterious Lamarchand box...an amulet that when touched by both parties, provides the ultimate in sensual release. What ensues thereafter is a backstabbing battle in which all parties involved fight to gain hold of the box...Hellbent stars Alexandra Scott, Elise Scarlott and Adriana Franco.
ZOE DIES IN THE END - A satire of the zombie film genre, Zoe Dies In The End is about a zombie freak whose fantasy has come to life...there is a real life zombie apocalypse and her town is ground zero! Marshaling all of her zombie film knowledge, Zoe comes up with a plan to survive the apocalypse and have fun doing so. This short film stars Halie Islava, Kendall McCann and Cliff Poche.
